This website is operated by Driving Test Decoder ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect and why.

What data we collect

Purchases. Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe). We do not receive or store your card details. Payhip shares with us your name and email address so we can deliver the product and provide support.
Waitlist. If you join our waitlist, we store the email address you provide, solely to contact you about the upcoming platform and related updates.
Emails. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Why we process it (legal basis)

To deliver the product you bought and provide support — performance of a contract.
To send waitlist updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
To keep basic sales records — legal obligation (Dutch tax law).

Who processes data on our behalf

Payhip Ltd — checkout, payment and product delivery;
payment providers used at checkout (e.g. PayPal, Stripe);
Strato — website and email hosting.

How long we keep data

Purchase records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept no longer than necessary.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@drivingtestdecoder.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Payhip checkout and Google Fonts may set technically necessary cookies or process your IP address to deliver their service.
